RETURNS & REFUNDS Because of the nature of our production process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We offer no returns or refunds. LOST PACKAGES Any packages reported as lost will be submitted to the delivery service or carrier as an insurance claim by the purchaser. Whatever resolution arrived at by the courier will be considered final. EXCHANGES Exchanges are only allowed within 30 days of the shipping date. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis. Photos and details are required by the purchaser in order to process any exchanges. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
